Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
This policy explains what TrenchSwap (an Untaxed product) collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Campaign data you submit: the old token mint, new token details (name, symbol, image, socials), deadline, and contact details you choose to provide.
- Public on-chain data: wallet addresses that deposit to a campaign, amounts, and transaction signatures. This information is already public on the Solana blockchain.
- Basic technical data: standard request logs from our hosting and backend providers.
What we do not collect
- We never ask for, store, or have access to your wallet’s private keys or seed phrase.
- We do not require you to create an account with a password to deposit.
How we use it
- To operate migrations: reconcile deposits, compute pro-rata shares, execute swaps, and distribute tokens.
- To display public campaign status and on-chain receipts.
- To contact a project about its campaign, if contact details were provided.
Third parties
TrenchSwap relies on infrastructure providers including Supabase (database and serverless functions), Helius (Solana RPC and data), Jupiter (swap routing), and pump.fun / PumpPortal (token creation). On-chain transactions are, by nature, public and permanent.
Data requests
For questions or data requests, contact solmelting@gmail.com. Note that on-chain data cannot be deleted from the blockchain.
